Keep the signal useful.
The operating rules for the CueStacks Public Beta Log. Effective July 26, 2026.
Write for the fix
Search before opening a new report. Use one thread for one specific result. Include the CueStacks version, product area, relevant Mac and audio setup, exact steps, expected result, and actual result. Add to an existing thread when you can confirm it or provide materially new context.
Public by design
Display names, reports, replies, and screenshots are visible to everyone. Optional email addresses stay private. Check every screenshot and log before posting. Never publish passwords, license keys, payment details, personal information, confidential show data, or media you do not have the right to share.
Stay direct and professional
Technical disagreement, frank criticism, and negative reports are welcome. Harassment, threats, impersonation, discrimination, spam, deliberate misinformation, malware, illegal material, and attacks on another person are not. Do not use the Beta log for advertising, unrelated promotion, or support fraud.
Status is not a promise date
“Confirmed,” “Investigating,” “Planned,” “Fixed,” and “Shipped” describe current product work. They do not create a guaranteed delivery date or service level. An official update is visibly marked and stays attached to the original discussion.
Moderation
We may retitle, label, merge, close, hide, or remove content to protect privacy, remove abuse, combine duplicates, correct categorization, and preserve a readable operating record. Good-faith criticism is not removed merely because it is unfavorable. Use the Report control or email support@cuestacks.com for privacy or moderation concerns.
