CueStacks is delivered digitally with immediate access to a perpetual license. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated below, purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, an event cancellation, failure to review the published system requirements or Beta status, failure to test a production workflow, or deciding that the product is no longer needed.

Narrow exceptions

We will review an accidental duplicate charge, a confirmed unauthorized transaction, or a verified failure to deliver or activate CueStacks on a supported Mac that support cannot reasonably resolve. We may also approve a rare exception for documented extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion. A discretionary exception in one case does not create a continuing refund right or policy for other purchases.

Exception review

Contact support@cuestacks.com and include the purchase email, Stripe receipt reference, CueStacks and macOS versions, Mac model, exact issue, and steps already tried. You may also use the transaction-support link in the Stripe/Link receipt. Contacting support or submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

For a technical claim, we will first work diligently to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve the verified issue. Refund review is not a substitute for the operator’s responsibility to confirm published compatibility, rehearse the exact project, and maintain an appropriate fallback playback path before a live event.

Stripe Managed Payments

Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record and controls transaction support under its own terms. Stripe may issue a refund within its available transaction-support window, including where it believes a transaction is fraudulent, erroneous, likely to result in a dispute, or must be refunded by law. Where Stripe’s policy or applicable law requires a refund, that requirement controls over this final-sale policy.

Effect of a refund

An approved full refund ends the customer’s license rights. The customer must stop using CueStacks and must not transfer or continue using the issued key, even if an offline copy remains technically present on a Mac.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable refund, cancellation, cooling-off, conformity, warranty, or consumer right. Some jurisdictions require specific consent before immediate delivery of digital content changes a withdrawal right. Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, the mandatory right controls.
