A curated library. Ready on first launch.
What ships with CueStacks, how the library is licensed, and what remains the operator’s responsibility.
What ships with CueStacks
CueStacks Public Beta includes a curated Game Day demo library of crowd reactions, applause, horns, sirens, buzzers, whistles, bells, impacts, organ cues, stings, and walk-on instrumentals. It combines CueStacks-authored music and sound design with selected third-party recordings.
Ownership and provenance
CueStacks-authored tracks and effects remain CueStacks material. Selected third-party recordings are sourced from Freesound under Creative Commons Zero or Creative Commons Attribution licenses. Third-party creators retain their rights, and their source licenses continue to govern those recordings. CueStacks does not claim authorship or ownership of third-party recordings.
Item-level creator, source, license, and modification details are maintained in the attribution record packaged with each CueStacks release. CC BY material requires the published attribution. CC0 material is also documented so operators can verify provenance even where credit is not legally required.
Included production use
A valid CueStacks license includes permission to use the bundled audio in live events, rehearsals, school productions, sports productions, streams, and recorded programs operated with CueStacks, subject to these terms and each asset’s applicable source license. The bundled library may not be extracted and resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as a standalone sound library; uploaded to a stock-media service as the operator’s own catalog; used to train an audio model; or registered as the operator’s exclusive material in a rights-management or content-identification system.
Operator responsibility
Operators remain responsible for music, sound effects, video, logos, and other media they add. CueStacks does not include chart songs, team or league marks, or blanket venue, league, broadcaster, publisher, or public-performance licenses.
